From the pass of Forca Canapine we will arrive to the spectacle of the small lakes of Accumoli also called the Pantani, lakes of glacial origin on the border between the Sibillini Mountains and the Monti della Laga.
The Pottery Workshop. Potters tell the story of their tradition. Immerse yourself in the work shop. Handling the clay in the very same atmosphere of the original potter’s shop. Hands on explanation of the different phases of producing the pottery which tell the story of a whole area and it’s way of life.
The competition is dedicated to Giuseppe Tomassini (Petritoli 1915-1987), prestigious oboist. He lived in Rome, where he became the first soloist oboe for the Orchestra of “Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia” and teacher at “Santa Cecilia” Conservatory.
The P.I.M.U. will take place at Camerino (MC) Italy on 10 th,11th of June 2017 and this year will be chaired by Kurt Rosenwinkel and Fabrizio Bosso.
