In Montottone, a small village nestled in the green hills around Fermo, there is a pottery workshop. It’s on the edge oh the historic center, built against the town walls.

It’a humble…blackened by time and smoke the wood-burning kiln.

Still working the clay is the Bozzi family. Tha art has been handed down from father to son for 200 years, and from 1851 their manufacture belongs to this village.
